Liga EcuaStars, Inc. was funded in August, 2004 by Luis Cabrera. Ecuastars was one of the first soccer leagues opened for amateur soccer tournaments in Westchester County. Our first tournament back in 2004, took place at Port Chester Carver Center. Years later we were able to expand our league and started tournaments at SUNY purchase College in 2006. Last year in 2015 we organized our first tournament in Stamford, CT. Our tournaments are attended by over 1,000 people every weekend, where they can find a fun environment to enjoy the beautiful game of soccer with their families.
